Shipping Information
How soon will I receive my order?
We do our very best to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, not counting weekends and postal holidays.
Delivery of your order depends upon the shipping method chosen.
A shipment notice with tracking number is automatically emailed to the email address given to us on the shopping cart when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your shipment notice, please check your Spam or Promotions folders.
How is shipping calculated?
The shopping cart automatically calculates shipping fees according to the weight of the items in the cart and the buyer's choice of shipment methods.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 with coupon code FREESHIP.
Code is valid for USA orders only. Coupon must be used to receive the shipping discount.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to certain countries.
Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping cost based upon the items in the cart and the shipping method you choose.
All payments must be made is US Dollars.
If a country is not listed on the shopping cart, we regret that we cannot ship to that country.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer expedited shipping via USPS and UPS.
The cost is indicated in the shopping cart, based upon the cart contents and method chosen.
All paid orders received after 9:30am central time are shipped the NEXT business day, regardless of shipping method chosen.
Can I change my order?
Because we strive to get paid orders out as quickly as possible, we typically cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. You are welcome to email us and we will make our best efforts to accommodate you.
Why didn't I receive a packing slip?
After you complete your order, you are emailed a receipt containing your order details. Therefore, we do not include a paper packing slip with your order. If you have signed up for an account with us, your order details will also be found in your Order History. If you are not receiving our order confirmation emails, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Do you sell wholesale?
Please contact us for information on wholesale pricing. There is a $100 minimum per order on wholesale orders.

- Return for refund must be made within 45 days from the date of delivery confirmation to receive a partial refund of the cost of merchandise.
- All items returned must be unused, packages unopened and labels clean & intact.

Can I exchange an item?
Our cart is not currently set up to process exchanges. For fastest service, please place a new order for the items you need. You may then send back unused items to us within 45 days for a refund.
Product Information
Can you send me a catalog or samples?
All of our stock is shown via this website. We do not print a catalog.
All of our stock is packaged in retail and bulk-sized bags, so we do not have samples available. However, most of our small packets are priced at less than $2.
Can you match a sequin I already have?
We are happy to try to match your existing sequins to something we stock.
Please do not tape your sequin sample to anything- the tape distorts the sequin. Please use a small zip lock baggie or similar.

We are often able to match sequins from craft projects, but please note that many clothing designers have sequins custom made for their designs. While we are very happy to try to find a match for you, if you are trying to match sequins on an existing piece of clothing, you may want to first consider taking some from a hidden area on the garment and using those to replace sequins that are obviously missing.

What size should I order?
Please see our Sizing page for helpful information on sequin and bead sizes. Please note that most felt crafting kits use 5mm slightly cupped sequins.
Are your sequins and beads washable?
Due to the many types of solvents, detergents and chemicals available, we do not guarantee product to be washable or colorfast. If suitability of a sequin is in question, we recommend that you test before starting your project. If you are embarking upon a large project, we always advise our customers to test a small amount to judge suitability before placing a large order.
Please use items with alcohol (such as hand sanitizers and hair spray) sparingly, as they may damage the finish of some sequins.
We do not recommend the use of a dryer, as the heat may cause sequins to warp.
Do you sell pre-strung sequins?
All of our sequins are sold loose.
