• Return for refund must be made within 45 days from the date of delivery confirmation to receive a refund of the cost of merchandise. 
• There are NO RETURNS on clearance or closeout items.  No exceptions.
• No items will be accepted for refund or exchange after 45 days from delivery.
• All items returned must be unused, packages unopened and labels clean & intact.
• Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at buyer's expense.
• We do not refund the cost of shipping or insurance and will accept no COD/Postage Due shipments.
• Returns/exchanges are processed on Fridays. Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.
