Returns MUST be accompanied by a name and order number! Returns which do not have the shipper's name attached will be refused, as we have no way of knowing to whom to issue the refund.
Return for refund must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation to receive a partial refund of the cost of merchandise. Items returned will be charged a 10% restocking fee. This charge has been made necessary to cover the credit card processing fees associated with processing the initial order and the time consumed with restocking.
There are NO RETURNS on clearance or closeout items. No exceptions.
No items will be accepted for refund or exchange after 30 days from delivery.
All items returned must be unused, packages unopened and labels clean & intact.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at buyer's expense.
We do not refund the cost of shipping or insurance and will accept no COD/Postage Due shipments.
Returns/exchanges are processed on Fridays. Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.

If your exchange is over $10: please place a new order on our website. You may then return your original order for a refund.
If your exchange is under $10: Customers are required to pay shipping cost for sending exchanged sequins back to them. If you are in doubt about how much postage to send, email us. Exchanges which do not include funds for return shipping will treated as returns.
The shopping cart automatically calculates shipping & handling charges according to the buyer's choice of shipment methods. We typically ship all orders through the US Postal Service. We do our best to ship within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, not counting weekends and postal holidays.
The Priority Mail delivery time is provided by USPS. It is an estimate and is not guaranteed. By choosing this service, you are not choosing 2 or 3 day delivery. You are choosing Priority Mail with an ESTIMATED 2-3 day delivery date. We can not offer refunds on Priority Mail that does not arrive on the expected date, as the US Post Office does not guarantee a delivery date on Priority Mail packages. If you must have your order by a guaranteed date, please consider the Express Mail or Overnight options.
We do not recommend First Class Mail if you are on any type of deadline.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY! Orders returned by the postal service due to missing or insufficient address are processed as returns.
Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping via USPS and UPS. The cost is indicated in the shopping cart, based upon the cart contents and method chosen. All paid orders received after 9:30am central time are shipped the NEXT business day, regardless of shipping method chosen.
Alternative Shipping Carriers: We offer a choice of shipping carriers. If you choose one carrier, but your order can be safely delivered faster through another carrier for the same fee, we may opt for the other carrier. Example: if you chose UPS Ground and their delivery estimate is 5 days, but USPS can deliver in 3 days for the same fee, we may ship via USPS, even though UPS was requested. If you do not wish for us to use an alternative carrier, please let us know in the comments box when you place your order.
Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping cost based upon the items in the cart and the shipping method you choose. All payments must be made is US Dollars. If a country is not listed on the shopping cart, we regret that we cannot ship to that country.
There will be NO REFUNDS for packages refused or returned as undeliverable. Please note that the postal service typically sends these back using the slowest service possible, so they are often returned well after the allowed return date. These packages are treated as abandoned and no refund is offered.
Due to the postal rate increase, we offer an international economy option on orders weighing less than 1 pound. Please be aware that first class international offers **no insurance and insufficient tracking.** Packages can also take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Choosing this option is at your risk as WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE OR REFUND LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES SHIPPED BY FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL.
WE WILL NOT FALSIFY CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS such as marking a package "gift" or declaring a lesser merchandise value. Cartwright's is not responsible for determining, collecting or paying customs duties. We do not refund customs charges under any circumstances. We will not refund your purchase if you refuse delivery, or if the package is returned as undeliverable.
SHIPMENTS TO MEXICO: We are unable to purchase insurance on shipments sent to Mexico. Order at your own risk.
Cartwright's Sequins is not responsible for refunding payment or replacing lost or damaged packages shipped to MEXICO.
We consider acceptance by the post office as proof that we mailed packages - as seen with the tracking number.
Information collected by Cartwrights LLC is used solely for the purpose of billing and shipping your online purchases. We collect and use your personal information only to process product orders and deliver the products requested. We dislike spam as much as you do! Most orders paid for with a money order will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. We do not ship on weekends or postal holidays.
Most orders paid for with a check will be shipped after check clearance. (7-10 days). In the event that a check is returned for insufficient funds, we withdraw the privilege of sending a check and will accept a money order only.
We charge a $25.00 fee for insufficient funds checks.
