Catalog Requests
*We do not publish a paper catalog and do not have sample charts*
We continually add to our inventory, making a printed catalog obsolete within weeks.

Packaging, Handling, Insurance & Shipping Charges
The shopping cart automatically calculates shipping & handling charges according to the buyer's choice of shipment methods.  If you are outside the US, you must choose the International shipping method.  We ship all orders through the US Postal Service.

We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of paid receipt.  We do not ship on weekends or postal holidays.
US FIRST CLASS MAIL
Depending upon the Post Office, First Class mail typically takes 5-10 days.  Because of the unpredicitibility of the Post Office, please do not choose First Class Mail if you are on a deadline.
US PRIORITY MAIL
Depending upon the Post Office, First Class mail typically takes 3-5 days. 

Both First Class and Priority Mail orders will be sent with Electronic Delivery Confirmation.  If the D/C states a package has been delivered, we will not accept a lost claim or replace your package.

Please note that if first class mail and priority mail are calculated at the same value by the shopping cart, your order will be sent via Priority Mail.
EXPRESS- available to US customers only
US Postal Service Express shipping is overnight for most destinations. However, USPS overnight service is not guaranteed to some locations, and those may be delivered second day.
Please note that USPS will require a signature upon delivery. 
We work orders in the order that they are received.  Choosing Express will not put your order in front of the line.  Therefore, we do not guarantee that Express orders will go out the same day. 

If you wish us to ship
using your FedEx or UPS account number, you are welcome to provide it in the Comments section of the shopping cart, along with the shipping method you would like to use.  We will then refund any shipping charges you have paid to us.   You MUST state which carrier 's account you have listed, and you MUST state which service you want (overnight or priority overnight).

The shopping cart calculates shipping based upon what is in the shopping cart.

If you are an international buyer, you must choose the INTERNATIONAL method of shipping.  We reserve the right to refuse shipment of orders to specific countries.  If your country is not shown on our shopping cart's drop-down list, we do not ship to your country.

WE WILL NOT FALSIFY CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS such as marking a package "gift" or declaring a lesser merchandise value.
Cartwright's is not responsible for determining, collecting or paying customs duties.


International shipments will be made through the US Post Office.
We use the US post office because their rates are best for our customers.

We consider  acceptance by the post office as proof that we mailed packages - as seen with the Customs Declaration number.
