Catalog Requests

and do not have sample charts*
We continually add to our inventory, making a printed catalog
obsolete within weeks.
Packaging, Handling, Insurance & Shipping Charges
The shopping cart automatically calculates shipping & handling
charges
according to the buyer's choice of shipment
methods. If you are outside
the US, you must choose the International shipping method.
We ship all orders through the US Postal Service.
We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of paid
receipt. We do not ship on weekends or postal holidays.
First
Class Mail
Depending upon the Post Office, First
Class mail typically takes 5-10 days. Because of the
unpredicitibility of the Post Office, please do not choose First Class
Mail if you are on a deadline.
Priority
Mail
Depending upon the Post Office, First
Class mail typically takes 3-5 days.
Both First Class and Priority Mail orders will be sent with Electronic Delivery
Confirmation. If the D/C states a package has been delivered, we
will not accept a lost claim or replace your package.
Please note that if first class mail and priority mail are calculated
at the same value by the shopping cart, your order will be sent via
Priority Mail.
International
Customers
The minimum
order for International customers is $25.00
If you are an international buyer,
you must choose the
INTERNATIONAL method of shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment of orders to specific
countries. If you have a question about whether we will ship to
your country, please email us.
International
shipments will be made
through
the US Post Office via First Class International or Priority International Mail.
We use the US post office because their rates are best for our
customers.
Canadian orders under 8 ounces are shipped US Post First
Class
Priority with Insurance. Canadian orders over 8 ounces are shipped US
Post
Priority International Mail. ALL international orders to NON-Canadian
countries are now shipped US Post Priority Mail. Though more expensive
than First Class, we have found Priority Mail to be faster and more
reliable. We have also added the option of
International Express Mail.
Please note that First Class International provides no tracking,
while Priority International provides some tracking to major
destinations. If you wish us to ship with another carrier that
provides better
tracking and insurance, you must contact us.
We consider acceptance by the post office as proof that we mailed
packages - as seen with the tracking number.

responsible for refunding payment or
replacing lost or damaged packages.

2-Day Express Mail- available to US
customers only
Express shipping in our area is 2-day. Please note that
USPS will require a signature upon delivery.
We work orders in the order that they are
received. Choosing 2-day Express will not put your order in front
of the line. Therefore, we do not guarantee that Express orders will go out the same day. Our cart will
automatically calculate the shipping cost for 2-day express shipping,
provided you order is not over $1000. For orders over $1000,
please email us for Express shipping quote.
Alternate
Shipping Methods
If you have a FedEx or UPS account number, you are welcome to provide
it in the Comments section of the shopping cart, along with the
shipping method you would like to use. We will then refund any shipping charges you have paid to us. Regardless of whether you have an account
or not, Express shipping (even Overnight) takes 2 days.
