We offer no open accounts & do not ship COD.

Minimum Order & Methods of Payment
The minimum order is $10.00 for shipping destination within US and $25.00 for all international orders. 
NO EXCEPTIONS

Please keep in mind that the vintage buttons are  limited in supply and will be sold on the earliest paid basis.

Acceptable methods of payment are: personal check,  money order, PayPal, Visa & Master Card.   The PayPal and credit card sites are secure and encrypted.

Most orders paid for with a money order will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.  We do not ship on Saturday as our local post office lobby is closed & can not ship on postal office holidays.
Most orders paid for with a check will be shipped after check clearance. (7-10 days). In the event that a check is returned for insufficient funds, we withdraw the privilege of sending a check and will accept a money order only.
We charge a $25.00 fee for insufficient funds checks.
Most orders paid for with PayPal e-check will be shipped within 48 hours after notice is received from PayPal that check has cleared. (3-5 business days).
2-Day Express Mail- available to US customers only
Express shipping in our area is 2-day.  That means that if we mail on Monday, you are guaranteed delivery on Wednesday.
We work orders in the order that they are received.  We will notify you by email if we are not able to get your order in the mail within 24 hours.  Orders made on Friday after 10am will be mailed the following Monday.

Please note that USPS will require a signature upon delivery.  Our cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost for 2-day express shipping, provided you order is not over $1000.  For orders over $1000, please email us for Express shipping quote.

Return Policy, Exchange Policy, Restocking Fee & Problems with orders
We do not refund the cost of shipping or insurance and will accept no COD shipments. You may return any item you are not satisfied with for a refund or exchange of the item cost under the following conditions:

• Problems with orders must be reported within 5 business days of the delivery confirmation date.
  
• Returns MUST be accompanied by a name and order number!  Returns which do not have the shipper's name attached will be refused, as we have no way of knowing to whom to issue the refund.
• Return for refund must be made within 20 days from the date of delivery confirmation  to receive a partial refund of the cost of merchandise.  Items returned within 20 days from the date of shipment will be charged a 10% restocking fee.  Items returned within 21-30 days from the date of shipment will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  This charge has been made necessary to cover the credit card processing fees associated with processing the initial order and the time consumed with restocking.
  
• There are NO RETURNS on Pre-Strung Sequins and clearance items.  No exceptions.
• No items will be accepted for refund or exchange after 30 days from shipment.
• All items returned must be unused, packages unopened and labels clean & intact.
• Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at buyer's expense.
  
• Exchanges: Customers are required to pay shipping cost for sending exchanged sequins back to them.  This must be included with your return, or your exchange will be processed as a return.  We do not access customer credit card numbers, so we will not charge your card for exchanges.  If you are in doubt about how much postage to send, email us.  Do not mail  items back to us in a plain envelope.  The mail sorting machinery damages the sequins & packaging.  Please use the padded envelope or box.
  
• If we error in your order or shipment, we will do our best to correct the mistake.  However, we will not be held responsible for loss of potential customers or business due to a mistake in your order or any failure on the part of the postal department nor will we pay for express shipping to correct any problem with the order or with any shipping service used.
  
• We do not require our customers to take insurance or pay for delivery confirmation.  Shipping labels are printed directly from the information you put on the shopping cart.  We will not be responsible for replacing orders for which the address has been input incorrectly on the shopping cart or for issuing a refund for an order lost in the mail on which insurance has not been paid.  We will not replace orders lost , damaged or tampered with in shipping unless insurance is purchased.  Both First Class and Priority Mail orders will be sent with Delivery Confirmation.  If the D/C states a package has been delivered, we will not accept a lost claim or replace your package.
• For orders for which the customer has chosen first class mail with no insurance, we consider  the email shipment notice as proof that we mailed the package.
  

International Customers
The minimum order for International customers is $25.00
If you are an international buyer, you must choose the INTERNATIONAL method of shipping. 

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of orders to specific countries.  If you have a question about whether we will ship to your country, please email us.
WE NO LONGER SHIP TO FRANCE.

All payments must be made in US Dollars.  International shipment will be made through the US Post Office.
We use the US post office because their rates are best for our customers.  Canadian orders under 8 ounces are shipped US Post First Class Priority with Insurance.  Canadian orders over 8 ounces are shipped US Post Priority International Mail.   ALL international orders to NON-Canadian countries are now shipped US Post Priority Mail.  Though more expensive than First Class, we have found Priority Mail to be faster and more reliable. We have also added the option of International Express Mail. 

SHIPMENTS TO MEXICO:  We are unable to purchase insurance on shipments sent to Mexico.  Order at your own risk.
Cartwright's Sequins is not responsible for refunding payment or replacing lost or damaged packages shipped to MEXICO.
We consider  acceptance by the post office as proof that we mailed packages - as seen with the tracking number.

Please note that First Class International provides no tracking, while Priority International provides some tracking to major destinations.  If you wish us to ship with another carrier that provides better tracking and insurance, you must contact us.

Mistakes on web site
Occassionally we make errors in editing our html codes.  If we make an error, we ask our customers to email us.
