HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our offices are closed on all postal holidays.
THANKSGIVING:
Orders placed after 9am on Wednesday will be shipped the Friday after Thanksgiving.
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY:
Orders placed after 9am on Christmas Eve will be shipped the first business day after Christmas.
NEW YEAR'S DAY:
Orders placed after 9am on New Year's Eve will be shipped on the first business day after New Year's.
AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS:
First
Class Mail
Depending upon the Post Office, First
Class mail typically takes 5-10 days. Because of the
unpredicitibility of the Post Office, please do not choose First Class
Mail if you are on a deadline.
Priority
Mail
Depending
upon the Post Office, Priority Mail typically takes 3-5 days. All
Priority Mail
shipments will have Delivery Confirmation. Please note that
Delivery Confirmation is not tracking, it merely provides confirmation
that a package was delivered.
International
Customers
The minimum
order for International customers is $25.00
If you are an international buyer,
you must choose the
INTERNATIONAL method of shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment of orders to specific
countries. If you have a question about whether we will ship to
your country, please email us.
International
shipments will be made
through
the US Post Office via International Priority Mail.
We use the US post office because their rates are best for our
customers. For instance, to mail a $25 order to Mexico with
international priority mail through the post office is $11. With UPS,
shipping is over $40 for the same package.
WE WILL NOT FALSIFY CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS such as marking a package "gift" or declaring a lesser merchandise value.
Cartwright's is not responsible for determining, collecting or paying customs duties.
With international priority mail, there is a tracking number.
Tracking will verify that the package was mailed.
Usually it will not show anything else.
We consider acceptance by the post office as proof that we mailed
packages - as seen with the tracking number.
Cartwright's Sequins is not
responsible for refunding payment or
replacing lost or damaged packages.
Any package marked "Refused" will be restocked. A refund for the cost
of the merchandise less a 10% restocking fee will be issued.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you wish us to ship with another carrier that provides better
tracking and insurance, you must contact us.
2-Day Express Mail- available to US
customers only
Express shipping in our area is 2-day. That means that if we mail on Monday, you are guaranteed delivery on Wednesday.
We work orders in the order that they are received. We will
notify you by email if we are not able to get your order in the mail
within 24 hours. Orders made on Friday after 10am will be mailed
the following Monday.
Please note that
USPS will require a signature upon delivery.
Alternate
Shipping Methods
If you have a FedEx or UPS account number, you are welcome to provide
it in the Comments section of the shopping cart, along with the
shipping method you would like to use. Regardless of whether you have an account
or not, Express shipping (even Overnight) takes 2 days.
