What is the difference among iridescent, satin, and opaque finishes?
Iridescent sequins are transparent and have a finish on them that causes changes color when moved in the light. Since they are transparent, they will show any color that is beneath them somewhat. For example, if a clear iridescent sequin is placed on black cloth, the black color will show through.
Opaque Iridescent sequins have iridescence, but the sequin itself is not transparent, and no color will show through from beneath.
Satin sequins have a matte finish, are not shiny, and are not transparent.
Metallic sequins are opaque and have a mirror-like finish.
Hologram sequins are opaque, have a spotlight finish which will reflect different colors as it turns in the light.

Do you have a catalog or samples?
Sorry, but we do not publish a catalog or provide samples or sample cards. We continuously add to our inventory, and a catalog or sample card would become obsolete within weeks.
Can I order less than your minimum?
The cost of credit card fees, Paypal minimum fees, and packaging materials make it necessary for us to have a minimum order policy. The minimum for US orders $10, the minimum for international orders (including Canada) is $25.
I forgot something, can I add it to my order?
Credit card processors charge us a flat fee ( plus a percentage of the total). We can not reauthorize your card for more so adding merchandise means processing a second transaction.
We can add to your order; we will charge your credit card for the additional merchandise plus .45.
Also, if you have paid for first class mail and the additions to your order cause the postage to be more than you paid, we will charge your card for the additional postage.
Do you sell wholesale?
Many of our products are offered in 100-gram bags at a 20-30% discount. If you are interested in a product on our website for which a 100-gram bag is not offered, please email us for availability.
If you are interested in further wholesale pricing, please Contact Us. There is a $250 minimum on all wholesale orders.
Occasionally, we release coupon codes to our wholesale customers. We reserve the right to retire codes at any time, and we also reserve the right to adjust your order total if the wrong coupon code is used.
How can I return items?
We do not refund the cost of shipping or insurance and will accept no COD shipments. You may return any item you are not satisfied with for a full refund or exchange of the item cost under the following conditions:
I ordered the wrong size? Can I exchange them for another size?
If your exchange is over $10: please order the size you would like from our website. You may then return your original order for a refund.
If your exchange is under $10: Customers are required to pay shipping cost for sending exchanged sequins back to them. If you are in doubt about how much postage to send, email us. Exchanges which do not include funds for return shipping will treated as returns.
If you are embarking upon a large project, we always advise our customers to test a small amount to judge suitability before placing a large order.
How soon do you ship?
Most orders paid for with a credit card, PayPal or a money order will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. We do not ship on weekends or postal holidays.
Most orders paid for with a check will be shipped after check clearance. (7-10 days). In the event that a check is returned for insufficient funds, we charge a $25 NSF fee, and withdraw the priviledge of sending a check and will accept a money order only.
Most orders paid for with PayPal e-check will be shipped within 48 hours after notice is received from PayPal that check has cleared. (3-5 business days).
Do you ship to...?
We ship internationally using the US Postal Service. We offer International Priority Mail with no tracking, or International Express Mail with tracking. Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping cost based upon the items in the cart and the shipping method you choose. YOU MUST choose the INTERNATIONAL method for shipping if your order is to be shipped anywhere other than the United States (this includes Canada). Please note that International Priority Mail does NOT provide tracking or insurance.
