Return/Exchange Policy: We do not refund the cost of shipping or insurance and will accept no COD shipments. You may return any item you are not satisfied with for a refund or exchange of the item cost under the following conditions:
Returns MUST be accompanied by a name and order number! Returns which do not have the shipper`s name attached will be refused, as we have no way of knowing to whom to issue the refund.
Return for refund must be made within 10 days from the date of shipment as indicated on shipment notice to receive a refund of the cost of merchandise. Items returned within 10 days from the date of shipment will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Items returned within 11-30 days from the date of shipment will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Exchanges must include enough shipping funds (via check or money order) for us to mail your exchange.
No items will be accepted for refund or exchange after 30 days from shipment.
All items returned must be unused, packages unopened and labels clean & intact. Do not mail items back to us in a plain envelope. The mail sorting machinery damages the sequins & packaging. Please use the padded envelope or box.
There are NO returns on pre-strung sequins. No exceptions.
We do not require our customers to take insurance or pay for delivery confirmation. Shipping labels are printed directly from the information you put on the shopping cart. We will not be responsible for replacing orders for which the address has been input incorrectly on the shopping cart or order for which insurance has not been paid.
